Midwest came out for a second opinion/estimate. Ken was professional, on-time, unbelievably knowledgeable (including knowing how certain appliances affect his trade), personable, and helpful. He took an unbelievable amount of time on the phone with me explaining pros and cons of repair products and allowing me to “hem and haw” as I made decisions. His team was efficient, professional, on-time, and as embarrassing as it is to admit, they left the area worked in so much cleaner than when they arrived! A disconnected duct was noticed during inspection and was immediately repaired with my approval. These guys even detected a gas leak in my boiler which I am so grateful to be taking care of now (summer) instead of in the middle of winter. What I appreciated most besides the quick scheduling and quality work, was the safety oriented mindset of these guys. They were up front and honest about the “must do’s” for the health and safety of my family and the “could do’s” and we’re not in anyway deterred when I asked to start with the must do’s and save the rest for later. Ken, Steve, Alex, and Chad were patient with my kids and dog being around as they completed their work as well. Great company to work with. Appreciate it guys!
